By submitting a contact or order form through this website (hereinafter the “Form”), you grant Michaela Bartolomějová, ID: 75305763, with registered office at Boloňská 308/20, Prague – Horní Měcholupy (hereinafter the “Controller”), as the Personal Data Controller, consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (hereinafter the “Law”), to the extent of the data filled in by you in the Form (hereinafter “Personal Data”), for the purposes of the Controller's marketing activities and its partners and supporters. This primarily includes offering products or services, sending information about events, products, and other activities, invitations to marketing competitions, research, and surveys, as well as sending commercial communications via electronic means.

Personal Data may be disclosed to employees and persons involved in the management of the Controller, the Processor, and the Controller's partners and supporters. Consent is granted for a period of five years. The Controller processes personal data both automatically and manually, either directly or through processors (hereinafter the “Processor”) with whom a data processing agreement has been concluded.

rights

Providing Personal Data is voluntary. You may revoke your consent at any time free of charge by written notice delivered to the Controller's registered office or to the e-mail address jedu@ceskou-krajinou.cz. You may also revoke your consent by unsubscribing within the electronic offers sent to you. In connection with the provision of your Personal Data, you also have the following rights:

  1. Right of access to Personal Data: If you request information regarding the processing of your Personal Data, the Controller is obliged to provide such information without undue delay. The content of the information will always include:
    • the purpose of processing the Personal Data;
    • the scope of processing (i.e., information regarding the Personal Data being processed, including all available information about its source);
    • the nature of automated processing in connection with its use for decision-making;
    • the recipient, or categories of recipients, of the Personal Data. The Controller has the right to request a reasonable fee not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.
  2. Right to rectification of Personal Data: If you believe that the Controller or Processor is processing Personal Data in violation of your privacy or the law, especially if the data is inaccurate, you may:
    • ask the Controller or Processor for an explanation;
    • request that the Controller or Processor rectify the situation (blocking, correction, supplementation, or deletion of Personal Data);
    • contact the Office for Personal Data Protection.

The Controller will inform you about the resolution of your complaint without undue delay. If your request is found justified, the Controller or Processor will remedy the situation immediately.
